Elyssar Press provides a platform for emerging and established writers, poets, and artists from around the world. We champion diverse voices and value individuality, cultural richness, and the transformative power of language and art.

Elyssar Press is a publishing company established in 2018, inspired by the legendary Queen Elyssar. In the 9th century BC, Elyssar and her loyal followers fled Phoenician Tyre, crossed the Mediterranean, and founded the city of Carthage, a place that became a crossroads of global thought, culture, and creativity.

Elyssar’s courage and vision guide our mission. We believe in the power of storytelling to celebrate life, foster connection, and cultivate a shared space for knowledge and expression.

We honor the value of an international community, interwoven through stories, discoveries, and shared truths. We see writing as a vital act that awakens our commitment to one another and to the planet.
